A Dark Front, Inverted World and Groovy Light

"The Terrace" :- A moody night capture of the famous Victorian iron arches that run along Madeira Drive on the eastern section of Brighton's seafront (England). It had been raining heavily for an hour or so beforehand so I knew the light would be reflecting more than normal and headed off down to a very cold and windy promenade hoping that I could grab a few shots. Major construction work was started in 1795 to protect the cliff face and ensure the safety of the buildings along Marine Parade. Work carried on throughout the 1800's and eventually finished in 1890 with the addition of the cast-iron Madeira Terrace behind which is East Cliff.

"Mirrored Reality" :- Shot down within the Cuckmere Estuary in Sussex, England. I'd been walking around for four hours capturing all that I could see of the stunning scenery and had finally decided to call it a day and head on home. Problem was I still had a good 45 minute walk back to the car so carried on grabbing shots as I went along. On the hill in the distance there's a large square barn ... my car was next to it!

"Between the Lines" :- The wooden flooring of the outside patio to a beach restaurant on the promenade on Brighton seafront, England. The sun was out and adding to the interesting lines and patterns by throwing shadows around with abandon.
