Rural Man, Arundel House and Pier at Twilight

"Rural Man" :- A view of the *Long Man of Wilmington* on Windover Hill as seen from the carpark in the village of Wilmington in Sussex, England. Before he was known as the 'Long Man' he was called the 'Wilmington Giant' and also known as 'The Green Man', he stands an impressive 69.2 metres (227 ft) tall. Many believed that he was from the iron age but archaeological work now seems to point to him being from the 16th or 17th century AD. Either way the origins of the Long Man remain unclear.

"Arundel House" :- Actually this is the side entrance to Arundel House as the front entrance is seriously impressive. It's yet another one of Brighton's Grade I listed buildings and the first part of the Kemp Town estate to be built in 1828. Much of the seafront in Kemp Town is lined with these huge Victorian buildings which exude grandeur on an incredible scale.

"Pier at Twilight" :- Shot a few days ago on the 7th July 2013. I had indulged in a few beers at the Ranelagh Pub in St James's Street, Brighton (England) and on my walk home decided to drop down to the beach and pier to grab an evening image. I was delighted to find the sea was so calm and that the pier was twinkling in the lilac evening.
